As Office Manager you are the first point of contact to our team and external visitors. You have a hand-on mentality and a willingness to solve challenges - you are an office superhero and ready to solve them swiftly. You love to help, you are proactive and organized in your everyday work and this is really what drives you. This role is perfect for collecting first impressions and work experiences in a scaling growing environment in the office department with further development paths! Your impact will be:

  • to take care of our modern loft office in Berlin-Mitte close to Checkpoint Charlie and ensure our employees have a nice, welcoming and effective place to work at
  • communicating with the landlord and different service providers, including the cleaning company will be your responsibility
  •  ensuring that the day-to-day operations are smooth – you don’t shy away from mail, administration, security issues, invoices supporting with organizing company events, catering, conferences and other projects
  • to have the overhand of ordering office supplies and refreshments
  • Solving any office-related issues, identifying room for improvement and questioning the status quo- your opinion is valuable to us and you are not afraid to bring it to the table
  • to support with organizing company events that will be great drivers in enhancing the FRAMEN culture
  • contributing to a great work experience: from organizing a laptop to setting up the conference room, welcoming warmly and spreading the team spirit - you make sure that our team is well taken care of
  • together with our team assistant you organize team trips and business travels for our managers:You support and manage them and make sure they are taken care of their reimbursements.
  •  technology is what your ❤️ beats for: we believe that short process and automatization is a must have and you are not afraid to try, learn and fix technical stuff to be ready-to-go.
  • assisting the People & Culture Department with security tasks like Fire Safety and FirstAid
  •  that your English and German adds value to clear communication and bringing your point across

Your Mindset:

  • Positive can-do and hands-on-attidude
  • you believe that sharing your knowledge and helping hand is caring for your colleagues and our business
  • Attention to detail and bing able to multitask, prioritise and focus
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Confidentiality with all information trusted to you
  • Familiarity with MacBooks, GDocs, GMail, Slack and videoconferencing
  • You think that Trello, Asana, Miro & co. are good tools to collaborate
