The mobile job searching app reaches both young professionals and companies at the same time and connects them with the help of an algorithm. With the brand campaign, Truffls promotes a new approach to recruiting: With tinder-like swiping, it makes job finding easy and fun. With the goal to bring more people on the app, FRAMEN connected the brand to a digital audience.
Truffls wanted to increase brand awareness and promote its new matching-algorithm for mobile job search with FRAMEN. The target group of young professionals and innovative companies was reached in CoWorking spaces, especially WeWork. FRAMEN opened the door to those semi-public locations and made sure the right target audience was reached. In the style of a news TV show, HR insights get shown in strategically placed screens in Coworking spaces. The creative was attention grabbing, engaging and different from the usual B2B advertisements. This brand really offers a different approach to job searching and recruiting.
By targeting potential new customers (both young professionals looking for jobs, and companies looking for employees), the campaign was a major success. Positive feedback from members of coworking spaces highlight the attention grabbing video campaign. FRAMEN proved to be a great platform for driving brand awareness.
