What you need to bring

Work independently and autonomously: You work very independently and are able to organise and manage your sales activities efficiently. Your sales-focused personality drives you to always give your best.

B2B sales experience: You have several years' experience in direct sales and understand the challenges and opportunities of B2B business. Your expertise will enable you to focus on the needs and requirements of our business customers and win them over.

Self-employed in accordance with § 84 HGB: You work as an independent commercial agent in accordance with § 84 HGB and understand how to think and act entrepreneurially. Your independence and flexibility are key to your sales success.

Confident handling of our portfolio: You know how to use our dynamic and diverse product portfolio specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to best meet their individual requirements. Your understanding of SME needs will make you a valuable partner for our customers.

How do we get started?

Once you have decided to join the FRAMEN Partner Programme, we will guide you every step of the way to success.

Intensive onboarding: First you will go through a comprehensive onboarding programme to learn our products, processes and sales system from the ground up. You will be given all the information and tools you need to make the most of your new role.

Work independently: After the induction programme, you will work independently. You will have the freedom to organise your sales activities and pursue your goals. Your focus will be on winning new business and closing campaigns.

Ongoing dialogue and support: Although you work independently, you are not on your own. We provide regular meetings to share ideas with the team, discuss new strategies and share best practice. We are also always available for questions, feedback and support. Your success is our common goal!

Tailored marketing materials: To make your job as easy as possible, we can create bespoke marketing materials tailored to your needs and the needs of your customers. This allows you to concentrate on selling while we take care of the rest.

Take care of the set-up and contract management: Once a campaign has been successfully completed, we take care of all the set-up and contract management. This allows you to concentrate on selling and acquiring new customers without having to worry about administrative tasks.
